At Omega Amsterdam, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your portal confirmation.
Ship to Amsterdam
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our atelier inspects the returned pieces, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
